Heather Sterner


Heather Sterner brings over 12 years of experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Specialist, and Licensed Massage Therapist.

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and former PWBA Tour bowler, Heather has a deep understanding of the biomechanics of bowling and the physical demands of the sport.

Her holistic approach to training emphasizes injury prevention, strength development, and overall wellness.

Paul Schroeder


Paul Schroeder, a Certified Performance Specialist (CPS) with over 27 years of experience as a physical therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, is a cornerstone of BSCA.

His extensive expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation, paired with his background as a competitive bowler, allows him to create scientifically grounded training programs tailored to the unique needs of each athlete.


Paul Schroeder, with 27+ years as a physical therapist and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, is a key pillar of BSCA.

His extensive experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation, combined with his background as a competitive bowler, enables him to design training programs that are both scientifically sound and tailored to the unique needs of each athlete.
