I have been bowling since I was nine years old and have gotten as competitive as bowling collegiate for my first two years in college.
I transferred back home to further pursue a degree in Exercise Science and graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in the Spring of 2016. Go Lutes!
I have worked a lot in a clinical setting for those with chronic diseases and musculoskeletal issues, but I am transitioning more into women’s health and pre and post natal.
I also am an assistant coach at a local high school for the girl’s bowling team.
If I am not in a gym or a bowling alley, I am probably trying to keep up with my boys and spending time with my husband, family, and friends
